Michigan School for the Blind Campus

Community Revitalization: Historic Urban

The former Michigan School for the Blind campus has seen immense change, use, and abuse. Initially built as the Michigan Female College in the mid-1800s. Protecting further damage and eliminating safety concerns was among Zero Day’s first contracts, immediately followed by contributing to preparation for several million dollars in reinvestment. Our workforce supplied the strategy, skill, and hard lifting needed to abate the site of numerous buildings that did not contribute to campus history.
